SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY TIME

We offer Economy shipping for $7.90.

The estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at support@pawory.com so we can investigate the shipment.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order, provided that fulfillment has not begun. No cancellation fee applies.

To request a cancellation, sign in to your customer account, select the eligible order, and submit a cancellation request within the 1-hour cancellation window.

After the 1-hour cancellation window, payment may be captured and order processing may begin. We will try to accommodate later cancellation requests when possible, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has started.

Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be canceled. After delivery, eligible items must follow the return process described in our Refund Policy.
